Frequently Asked Question

In Windows 7

• Click Start, Devices and Printers.
• Right-click your ViewPlus embosser.
• Click Printer Properties.
• Click the Service tab.

In Windows 10

• Click Start, and type Printers and Scanners
• Select your embosser and click Manage
• Click Printer properties and go to the Service tab.

Make sure the checkbox labeled Enable Status Monitoring is checked.  (If you don't have that check box, you should download an updated driver.)

Near the bottom of the Service tab, you should find your status.  It shows Ready in this screen shot.
