There are multiple ways to contact ViewPlus Support but the majority of our support is done online through the ticket system.

Live phone support is available from approximately 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 PM PST Monday to Friday excluding most holidays.
Please provide a detailed description of your issue, and as many relevant facts as possible.
Also the Printer model, the serial number, firmware version, and driver versions are helpful.
