Frequently Asked Question

Tiger Software Suite installs add-ins for Microsoft Word and Excel. You should find a tab labeled Tiger. If it is missing it may have become disabled after a crash.

Please click File, Options (ort press Alt-F, T).

Click Add-ins or arrow down to find Add-ins and tab into the list of add-ins.

Tab until you find the drop-down menu labeled Manage: The default selection is COM Add-ins.

Arrow down do find Disabled items and press Enter. Tab once to select the button labeled Go... and press Space.

A list of any disabled add-ins appears and if you find Tiger Software Suite in the list you can select it and press Enable.
