Frequently Asked Question
Graphics are lost when translating a Word document
Last Updated 7 years ago
Sometimes graphic elements are lost when translating Word documents.
This can happen when a graphic is floated inside a paragraph. During translation the anchor is lost, and therefore the graphic, having no anchor, is discarded.
When you insert a graphic element, we recommend you anchor it in its own empty paragraph. These anchors will be left alone because TSS will not try to translate a paragraph with no text in it.
