There are four HP Brand approved ink cartridges for the VP SpotDot.
Your embosser will initial ship with a set of #27, and #28 HP Brand ink cartridges. Most new cartridges you will purchase will be #56 & #57 HP Brand ink cartridges.
Ink cartridges are wear items and must be replaced. In order to maintain print job quality and printer longevity we strongly recommend against refilling ink cartridges. Using non-approved ink cartridges can and will void your warranty.
