Embosser Fails to Power Up.
If your embosser fails to power up there are a few simple things to check before calling support.

  1. Check whether it is plugged in. Someone may have unplugged it without you knowing.
  2. If it is plugged in, try plugging something else into the same outlet to make sure the outlet has power.
  3. Check the power cable for damage and try using the power cable in another device that uses a similar cable, such as a PC.
  4. Check the voltage requirements of your embosser by reading the label and make sure it matches the power supply in your location.
