Prevent Microsoft Word from scaling A4 paper to Letter size.

There is a Word setting that you can set to prevent A4 page content being scaled to Letter size in Office 2010. To do this, open Word 2010, go to Word Options > Advanced > Printing and uncheck the box for Scale content for A4 to Letter.
