VP EmPrint and VP SpotDot Packing Instructions
Required Materials:
Replacement shipping items are available from ViewPlus- Original shipping box
- Original shipping foam
- Low adhesion tape (masking tape or painters tape)
- Packing tape
Do not include:
Unless specifically requested, please do not include the following items- Power cord
- USB cord
- Driver or software CD
- Paper output tray
- Ink cartridges
Packing Instructions:
- Ensure that you have removed the ink cartridges from the embosser.
- Use low adhesion tape to tape down the front of the lid.
- Use low adhesion tape to tape down the back of the lid to the embosser and the duplexer.
- Optional: If you have the shipping bag, bag the embosser and close it with low adhesion tape.
- Place the foam end caps on the sides of the embosser.
- Secure one of the foam bars into the two recesses on the front of the form caps.
- Secure the other foam bar into the two recesses on the back of the foam end caps.
- Place the embosser and packing foam in to the ViewPlus box.
- Seal the box with packing tape.
- contact your freight forwarder to arrange shipment.
