Updating the firmware on a Premier 80 / 100, Elite 150 / 200

To update the firmware on your VP Elite or Premier embosser simply follow these steps:
If this process fails turn the embosser off, wait 30 seconds, turn the embosser back on and then try again.
Another common cause for a failure is having the wrong printer selected. Ensure that you have selected the correct Printer and USB Port.
- Click here to download the most recent version of the Elite and Premier firmware.
Note: you may need to unzip the downloaded file before continuing. - Ensure that your embosser is connected to the computer via USB, turned on, and that the ViewPlus Printer Driver is installed.
- Double click on the extracted file to run the ViewPlus Firmware Update.
- Select the correct printer from the drop down list.
- Click on the Start Download button in the application to begin the upgrade.
- A pop up will appear once the firmware upgrade is complete.
