Frequently Asked Question
Tiger menu not displayed in the "Add-Ins" tab.
Last Updated 9 years ago
If you find after you have installed Tiger Software Suite that you don't have the Tiger menu under your Add-Ins tab, or if you don't have an Add-Ins tab at all, simply follow these quick steps to enable the VPFormatter.dll.
Go to File -> Options -> Add-Ins. (In Word 2007, click the Microsoft Office Button instead of File). Make sure COM Add-ins is selected in the Manage combo box (it should be selected by default) and press Go.
Make sure VPFormatter.ConnectWord is checked and press OK. You may need to restart Microsoft Word to apply this change.
If you do not see the VPFormatter.ConnectWord item on this list, please reinstall Tiger Software Suite with administrative privileges and try again.
