Frequently Asked Question

How do I both ink and emboss the braille cells?
Last Updated 9 years ago

On a ViewPlus Embosser with ink capabilities it it possible to place ink on the Braille dots. This can be useful for sighted people learning to read Braille by sight.

This is an option in Formatter Settings.  To enable this option, Open Microsoft Word, Go to Add-ins, Tiger, Formatter Settings, Braille and Ink Settings. Enable Overprint Original Texts.

Note: You cannot have Interline and Overprint enabled at the same time.
